     These include Design, Engineering,  Finishing and Final Assembly of Custom   sized enclosures using a full range of  metals and finishes to suit customer needs.

Discrete Components
     Dawson Metal produces discrete components for the technology, telecommunications and transportation industries, to name a few.
     These include design assistance, engineering and finishing of close tolerance components using a full range of metals and finishes to suit the
required use.
     From proper product design to
quality manufacturing, each customer’s dedicated engineer will work closely to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

 

   Finishing Options 
      Design, Engineering and Manufacturing are only a part of the whole process. Dawson Metal also encompasses a 98,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art finishing and assembly facility.
     Dawson combines high-tech computerized finishing with skilled craftsmen for complete quality assurance. Powder-coat or water-borne paint is available to suit design needs.
     Dawson Metal provides cost effective final finishing and/or assembly to ensure consistent quality from concept to reality.
